The roles of state sectors in the social enterprises for sustainable development

Abstract

This dissertation aimed to study for once of three reasons: Firstly, to study the roles of the state sectors in promoting social enterprises for sustainable developments; Secondly, to study environmental factors and general conditions, including problems with the state's roles in supporting social enterprises for sustainable development aspects; Thirdly, recommendations required to be proposed to strengthen the roles of the states in implementing of social enterprises for sustainable developments. In this research it was a qualitative research by documentary research, data collection and in-depth interviews, in which, those were involved in social affairs, including a group of experts or representatives of governmental and the National Social Enterprises’ Offices. The research had found that the success of social affairs could be explained to be "social values creation", which was the result of social affairs that were not differed from creation of business values, especially in the money capital markets. Since the values of the society were significant as blended values which had to be implemented as hybrid social enterprises for both sociality and economy dually. Meanwhile it would be so important factors attracting for impact investment society as well as the factors that would enhance accesses to money capitals more efficiently, and that, the roles of state were in the position just to support and promote social enterprises smoothly and effectively.
