WORK FRUSTRATION OF TEACHER AT THE INCLUSIVE SCHOOLS IN BANG KAPI DISTRICT UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF BANGKOK METROPOLITAN ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
The researcher had the objectives to study the work frustration of selected teachers at inclusive schools in Bang Kapi district under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) by comparing the work frustration of these teachers as classified by educational qualifications and work experience. Samples used in this research were 154 teachers employed in the second semester of the academic year 2016 at the inclusive schools in Bang Kapi district under the jurisdiction of BMA. Findings were as follows (1) In studying the work frustration of the teachers, it was found that work frustration in overall and in each aspect (emotional fatigues) were rated at the low level. On the other hand, the aspects of losses in personal relationships and disappointment of one’s failure were rated at the lowest level. (2) In comparing the work frustration of the teachers who had differences of educational qualifications, it was found that the overall and each aspect (emotional fatigue, loses in personal relationship, and disappointment from failure) had no concomitant differences at the statistically significant level of .05. Moreover, it was determined that educational qualifications did not display parallel differences for all aspects at the statistically significant level of .05. (3) In comparing the work frustration of the teachers by reference to differences in work experience overall, no corresponding differences were found at the statistically significant level of .05. Furthermore, it was established that work experience did not show the associated differences for all aspects at the statistically significant level of .05.
