Abstract
Research on role of administrators and teachers in the development of academic management, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok Metropolis. The research has objectives to 1) To study the role of administrator and teacher in the development of academic administrators in educational institutions, The Secondary Education Service Area Office 2, Bangkok Metropolis, 2) To comparative study on the roles of administrators and teachers in the development of academic administrators in educational institutions, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok Metropolis. The sample group consisted of administrators and teacher in the Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok Metropolis, which calculated proportion from the tables of Krejcie and Morgan for 350 samples from population of 3,568 persons. The results showed that most respondents were female, have a marital status, aged between 41-50 years, graduated bachelor degree, have average income between 15,001-25,000 baht, title is a teacher public officer. The totally role of school administrators was at a high level. The most average side is the education of local wisdom, art and natural-culture in more learning. Secondly, the process of learning to create knowledge along with the moral development occurs in the learner. Thirdly, raising awareness, knowledge, understanding of sufficiency economy and its application in everyday life. Moreover, planning of operate project to promote research in order to solve problems in schools. Secondly, the plan of learning and the plan for organizing democratic activities in the school accordingly, and process of learning in science, respectively. The results of the comparative study in totally showed that gender, status, education, average monthly income and different jobs posting has influenced to roles of administrators and teacher on the development of academic administrator in the school of The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok Metropolis were not different.
