The Development of a Management Model for Schools Under the Local Administration Organization toward ASEAN Community

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the current state, expectations and priory need to develop local-school management in line with ASEAN Community. (2) to develop a local school management model in line with ASEAN Community. (3) to study the suitability of the local-school management model. A mixed methodology was used both quantitative and qualitative research. A questionnaire and semi-structured interview were used to collect data and analyzed by descriptive statistics and content analysis.
