The Effects of the Servant Leadership, School Climates and Identifications with Catholic Schools on the School Effectiveness of the Affiliated Schools under the Bangkok Archdiocese

Abstract
This research aimed at (1) studying the effectiveness of the Catholic Schools under the Bangkok Archdiocese, and (2) studying the influences of the Servant Leadership, the school climates, the identifications of the Catholic Schools affecting the efficiency of Catholic Schools under the Bangkok Archdiocese. The questionnaires were distributed to 316 teachers working in Catholic Schools under the Bangkok Archdiocese in the academic year 2015. The descriptive statistics used for data analysis included the correlations, the confirmatory factor analysis and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research findings showed that: (1) The effectiveness of the Catholic Schools under the Bangkok Archdiocese, which was composed of 3 factors according to the priority of the factors loading as follows: academic achievement, job satisfaction, and overall perceptions of school effectiveness were 0.86, 0.82, and 0.70. and (2) The Servant Leadership did not directly affect the effectiveness of Catholic Schools under the Bangkok Archdiocese, but it indirectly affected the school effectiveness through their identifications. Additionally, the Catholic schools’ climates both directly and indirectly affected the effectiveness of Catholic Schools under the Bangkok Archdiocese. The causal relationship of servant leadership, Catholic schools’ climates, identifications and effectiveness of Catholic Schools was in accordance with the empirical information from Chi-square (X2)=39.16, p-value=.25, RMSEA=.02, CFI=1.00, GFI=.98, AGFI =.95 and the three variables were described the 64 percent of the Catholic School Effectiveness
