Factors Affecting the Success of Extended Opportunity Schools in the Upper Northern Provinces of Thailand

Abstract
This research aims to study factors involving the legislation of the protection of children born from assisted reproductive technologies in Thailand and can be concluded as follows. (1) Problem trend results from a lack of legal provision the refore causing problems with legitimate parental rights as well as commercial surrogacy and medical ethics. (2) Policy trend occurred from the lack of child status and parenthood of the couple who were governmental officers. The case received wide attention and was carried on for 16 years through five governments and two referendum until 2014. (3) For political trend, the political situation was stabilized because of military revolution and resulted in rapid issuance of the law.
