Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. Aimed to study the factors that cause and effect relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior by Instructional Leadership that can affect the Organizational Effectiveness of the school and Check the consistency of the model with empirical data tool was a questionnaire. Confidence in the sample was 0.98 The results were as follows: The level of the factor of Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior factors as well. Factors Instructional leadership and the Organizational Effectiveness In Extra large secondary schools much the Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Direct positive influence the Instructional leadership and indirect influence on its Organizational Effectiveness in Extra Large Secondary schools through Instructional Leadership. Statistically significant at the .05 level. The condition Instructional Leadership have significant direct positive influence on overall effectiveness. School significance the 0.05 level. This causal relationship. Variance effectiveness In Extra Large Secondary School under The Office of the Basic Education Commission was 91 percents.
