The Effects of Distributed Leadership, Teacher’s Psychological States, and School Organizations on Private School Teachers’ Professional Learning

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study factor and source of distributed leadership in school 2) to study the correlation of distributed leadership and teachers’ professional learning 3) to study the influence of distributed leadership, teacher’s psychological states, and school organizations on teachers’ professional learning. A sample of 417 was multi-stage random sampling selected form teachers of 217 schools in Bangkok and Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, Saraburi, and Ayutthaya. The statistics used for analyzing the descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model. The finding of this research were: 1) Distributed leadership factor of, developing people, redesigning the organization, managing the instructional program and setting direction.
