The Implementation of the Social Capital Development in Community Based Tourism as Sustainable at Samutsongkram Province

Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) implementation of social capital in Community Based Tourism (CBT) 2) evaluation of the effectiveness of the social capital of CBT and the development of social capital of CBT. In this study was qualitative research, and selected urban areas such as Klongkhon community (Muang Samut Songkhram), Bangnanglee community (Amphawa), Bangkhonthi and Khlongkhon community (Bangkhonthi), Samutsongkram province. The sample of In-depth interview was the community leaders, residents, and officers of the agencies in the area. Focus group were conducted. The result are as follows: 1) This social capital of fourth community have different and resemble. Except, Klongkhone community have the conservation of mangrove forest. 2) The most of the official and the unofficial leader was different in the social capital of CBT by goal. It was created of networks and relationships between private sector and professional leaders. 3 ) The guidelines for development of individual capital should awareness of the community's social capital. Organizations capital should develop in management for CBT as sustainable. Network capital should be coordinated with government agencies, private and public undertakings to be continue. Natural resources capital should be conservation campaign of natural resources to remain. Each local community, wisdom, culture and tradition capital, should develop the unique more local issues.
