Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study personal factors and risk management affecting the success of risk management of government agencies under a case study of government agencies in Mueang District, Saraburi Province. A sample of this study was selected based on a stratified random sampling by dividing the population into 24 divisions and a simple random sampling was used to randomly select and each department has randomly selected. According to the proportion of the population, a total of 400 the population in each department according to the proportion of the population in each department. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that overall risk management in government agencies was at a high level in all aspects, in order of strategy, finance, legal and regulatory, operation and policy, gender, age, education level, affiliation, years’ experience, average monthly income and the different types of employment affect the success of risk management of different government agencies and strategic risk management, operational, financial, legal and regulatory. And policy the different result of success in risk management of different government agencies with statistical significance at the level of 0.05
