การจัดการความเสี่ยงในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ กรณีศึกษาหน่วยงานราชการอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสระบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารความเสี่ยงของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ กรณีศึกษาหน่วยงานราชการ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสระบุรี โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ โดยแบ่งประชากรออกเป็น 24 หน่วยงาน และในแต่ละหน่วยงานได้ทำการสุ่มแบบอย่างง่าย ตามสัดส่วนของประชากร ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 400 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การจัดการความเสี่ยงในหน่วยงานภาครัฐโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับ ด้านกลยุทธ์ ด้านการเงิน ด้านกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบ ด้านการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านนโยบาย เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ฝ่ายที่สังกัด อายุงาน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และลักษณะการจ้างงานที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการความเสี่ยงของหน่วยงานภาครัฐต่างกัน และการจัดการความเสี่ยง ด้านกลยุทธ์ ด้านการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการเงิน ด้านกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบ และด้านนโยบายที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการความเสี่ยงของหน่วยงานภาครัฐต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
