Abstract

The research aimed to study the factors affecting the organizational engagement of employees at The Summit Laemchabang Auto Body Work Co., Ltd. used quantitative research methods. The Samples of this research consisted of three hundred and eight. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in collecting data was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage; mean, standard deviation and multiple regressions were used for data analysis by statistical significance at 0.05 and 0.01. The results of this research were found as follows: The factors affecting organization engagement in terms of achievement, work safety, recognition, job characteristics, responsibility, equipment and work facilities, participation in decision making, job design, and development of human potential, salary and rewards affecting organizational engagement of employees at The Summit Laemchabang Auto Body Work Co., Ltd.
