Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) Good Scouting Leadership and Management of Krabyaiwongkusolkitphitthayakhom School Administrator 2) Guidelines for development, Good Scouting Leadership and Management of Krabyaiwongkusolkitphitthayakhom School Administrator Population studied include Director of collage Deputy Director of Educational Institutions Scout leader and scout teacher the total of 50 persons. The research instruments were Feedback questionnaire Statistics used in data analysis the research found that 1. Good Scouting Leadership and Management of executives the overview is at the highest level. 2. Guidelines for development, Good Scouting Leadership and Management of the administrators should arrange time in accordance with the guideline for Scout activities. With budget management clearly correct there is teaching and learning using media, materials, equipment and modern technology. There are directions for the operation. Must provide complete documents, courses, plans and operational manuals, laws and regulations.
