บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) การนำและการจัดการลูกเสือที่ดีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกรับใหญ่ว่องกุศลกิจพิทยาคม 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการนำและการจัดการลูกเสือที่ดีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกรับใหญ่ว่องกุศลกิจพิทยาคม ประชากรที่ศึกษาได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าลูกเสือและครูลูกเสือ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 50 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.การนำและการจัดการลูกเสือที่ดีของผู้บริหาร ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2.แนวทางการพัฒนาการนำและการจัดการลูกเสือที่ดีของผู้บริหาร ควรจัดเวลาให้สอดคล้องกับการกำหนดแนวทางในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือ มีการบริหารงบประมาณ อย่างชัดเจนถูกต้อง มีการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยใช้สื่อ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย มีการกำหนดทิศทางในการดำเนินการ ต้องจัดให้มีเอกสาร หลักสูตร แผนและคู่มือการปฏิบัติงาน กฎหมาย ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับที่ครบถ้วน
