Effectiveness, Satisfaction, and Product Usage Behavior of Cabbage serum (OK Cooling Serum) for Relieving Muscle Pain with the Office Syndrome

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the effectiveness on usage behavior products in order to relieve muscle pain, satisfaction and behavior after using the Cabbage serum (OK Cooling Serum). A semi-experimental research model with a single group was used to measure before and after results for answering the questionnaire in the number of 24 participants who passed the rights protection of the sample from the Ethics Committee. The statistics in the analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that most of the primary informants were female, aged between 51-60 years old with a bachelor's degree, and private company employees with monthly income 20,001-30,000 Baht and marital status using muscle pain relief serum products only in times of pain. For those with a symptom of shoulder pain, they choose to see a doctor or buy a massage oil for 100-200 Baht per visit. According to the effectiveness of serum products, highly concentrated serum texture is fast permeable through the skin that the skin is relaxed after 1-3 days of usage and the pain subsides without allergies from overall usage, the satisfaction with the products is at a high level. Purchase decisions are based on the product quality and it might have influence over the purchase decisions when the products are sold in the market.
