บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผล พฤติกรรมการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์บรรเทาปวดกล้ามเนื้อ ความพึงพอใจ และพฤติกรรมหลังการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์เซรั่มกะหล่ำปลี (OK Cooling Serum) ด้วยรูปแบบการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองกับกลุ่มเดียวทำการวัดก่อนหลังตามกำหนดเวลา แล้วตอบแบบสอบถามที่กำหนดไว้ ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจำนวน 24 คน และผ่านการพิทักษ์สิทธิของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากคณะกรรมการจริยธรรมการวิจัยในคนเรียบร้อยแล้ว ผู้วิจัยใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ช่วงอายุ 51- 60 ปี การศึกษาปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน รายได้ต่อเดือน 20,001-30,000 บาท สถานภาพสมรส จะใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทบรรเทาปวดกล้ามเนื้อเฉพาะเวลาที่ปวดเท่านั้น ซึ่งปวดบริเวณบ่าและไหล่ จะไปพบหมอหรือซื้อเป็นน้ำมันนวด ในราคา 100-200 บาทต่อครั้ง ส่วนประสิทธิผลของผลิตภัณฑ์เซรั่ม เนื้อเซรั่มมีความเข้มข้นและความมันพอดี ซึมผ่านผิวหนังได้รวดเร็ว รู้สึกผ่อนคลาย เมื่อใช้ 1-3 วัน รู้สึกว่าอาการปวดลดลงและไม่มีอาการแพ้จากการใช้ โดยภาพรวมมีความพึงพใจที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์อยู่ในระดับมาก การตัดสินใจซื้อพิจารณาจากคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ อาจจะซื้อเมื่อวางจำหน่ายในท้องตลาด
