Participatory Management Affecting the Integrated Learning Management in Small Primary Schools Under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were (1) to study and compare levels of participatory management in small primary schools under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by status and qualification, (2) to study and compare levels of integrated learning management in small primary schools under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by status and qualification, and (3) to study the effects of participatory management in small primary schools under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The results were found that (1) overall participatory management was at a high level. Overall participatory management classified by qualification was not different, whereas overall participatory management classified by status was statistically significantly different at .01 level. (2) Overall integrated learning management was at a high level. Overall integrated learning management classified by qualification was not different, whereas overall integrated learning management classified by status was statistically significantly different at .05 level. (3) The results of effects were found that all 5 aspects could produce changes on the integrated learning at the percentage of 71
