Administrational Factors Affecting the Learning Organization of The Science Center for Education in Northeastern

Abstract

The objectives of this research were as follows: (1) to study and compare the administrative factors of the Science Center for Education in the northeastern region; (2) to study and compare the learning organization of the Science Center for Education in the northeastern region; and (3) to study the predictive power of administrative factors affecting the learning organization of the Science Center for Education in the northeastern region. Sample groups included director, deputy director School committee and science center personnel performed their duties in the northeast region, fiscal year 2019. The results of the research were as follows: (1) The administrative factors of science centers in the northeastern region, the overall picture was at a high level. The comparison of results by status and department as a whole showed that there was not difference, (2) Being a learning organization of the Science Center for Education in the Northeast region. The overall picture was at a high level. The comparison results classified by status and departments as a whole found that not difference, and (3) The variable of 5 management factors which were the factors of knowledge management organizational atmosphere factors learning factors technology factor and management factors can predict the organization of learning with statistically significant at 0.01 level. The predictive variables of all 5 aspects together can predict the organization as a learning organization by 98 percent.
