ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรเพื่อการเรียนรู้ของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษาในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยการบริหารของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษาในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ (2) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการเป็นองค์กรเพื่อการเรียนรู้ของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษาในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และ (3) ศึกษาอำนาจพยากรณ์ของปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรเพื่อการเรียนรู้ของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษาในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาและบุคลากรศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์ ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ปีงบประมาณ 2562 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยการบริหารของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์ในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบจำแนกตามสถานภาพและหน่วยงาน โดยภาพรวมพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน (2) การเป็นองค์กรเพื่อการเรียนรู้ของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษาในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบจำแนกตามสถานภาพและหน่วยงาน โดยภาพรวม พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน และ (3) ตัวแปรปัจจัยการบริหาร 5 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการความรู้ ปัจจัยด้านบรรยากาศองค์กร ปัจจัยด้านการเรียนรู้ ปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยี ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารจัดการ สามารถพยากรณ์การเป็นองค์กรเพื่อการเรียนรู้ ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยตัวแปรพยากรณ์ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ร่วมกันพยากรณ์การเป็นองค์กรเพื่อการเรียนรู้ได้ ร้อยละ 98
