The Manual Development of Inclusive Education Model for Schools under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the problems of inclusive education operation, 2) to develop the inclusive education manual, and 3) to assess the feasibility of the inclusive education manual of schools implementing inclusive education under the Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 by research and development`, there are three steps: Step 1 was used to study the problems of inclusive education operation. The sample consisted of 317 school administrators and teachers. Obtained by simple randomness. Questionnaire Tool Have confidence value 0.98. Step 2 was used to develop the inclusive education manual in which the item-objective congruence index was evaluated by five experts. Step 3 was used to assess the feasibility of the inclusive education manual. The sample was 34 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected by the feasibility assessment form with a reliability coefficient of 0.88 and were analyzed by basic statistics including mean and standard deviation. The research results were as follows. 1) The problems of inclusive education operation of the schools was at a moderate level in overall and each aspect, ranked in descending order: student quality, teaching and learning activities, and general management, respectively. 2) The development of the inclusive education manual of the schools showed that the manual consisted of Chapter 1, introduction; Chapter 2, inclusive education management in schools; and Chapter 3, guidelines for inclusive education management. 3) The feasibility assessment of the manual of the school was at a high level, ranked in descending order: content, language use, lesson management, design, and format.
