Abstract

This study has objectives to study ways to improve management that meets the needs of people in the digital age. And management strategies to meet the needs of people in the digital age of the Nonthaburi municipality It is quantitative research. Using a survey study method the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The questionnaire was tested to determine the accuracy of 0.94 and the reliability at the level 0.95 The population was the total population of 253,737 people in the Nonthaburi municipality area, the total sample group was 1,111, and 1,014 were recovered. Sets / person representing 91.27 percent of the total sample the data analysis method is a tabular analysis. Including using a descriptive analysis model the descriptive statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The study found that an important management improvement approach is that Nonthaburi City municipality should improve the management that meets the needs of the people in the digital age in a direction that values ​​the benefits. By the requirements and the satisfaction of the people. Also, Nonthaburi City municipality should establish a management strategy that meets the needs of the people in the digital age according to the 5 aspects of the digital age management concept in order of importance as follows: (1) Giving importance to the interests of the people (2) convenience, (3) democracy, (4) professionalism and (5) reliability
