Fiscal Administration Potential of Subdistrict Administration Organization in the Three Southern Border Province

Abstract

This research aimed to study the potential of treasury administration of the subdistrict administrative organization in the three southern border provinces. This research is a combination of research. The sample is Personnel of the Tambon Administrative Organization in the three southern border provinces of 238 people, the key informant are President of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization Permanent Secretary of Subdistrict Administrative Organization Head of the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Tambon Administrative Organization The director of the Treasury Division / Head of the Finance Division of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in the three southern border provinces of 19 people. Structure and work system the factors that affect the least potential are on the participation of people, (2) Subdistrict administrative organizations in the three southern border provinces had a moderate level of treasury management potential. Which has the potential to increase the quality of service the most as for the adjustment of types and tax rates Lowest potential, (3) factors of area, sex, age, education level average monthly income current position and the length of time to perform different tasks. There were different opinions on treasury management potential, and (4) management factors in overall and in all aspects. This will affect the capacity of the subdistrict administrative organization in the three southern border provinces as a whole and in all aspects of income.
