Academic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Student Quality in Thailand of 4.0 Era, Under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The purposes of the article were 1) to study and compare different types of academic leadership of school administrators using school conditions 2) to study and compare student qualities in Thailand of 4.0 era using school conditions and 3) to study the prediction power of academic leadership of school administrators affecting the quality development of learners in Thailand of 4.0 era under Bueng Kan primary educational service area office. The samples were 376 heads, obtained through multi-step randomization heads. The research tool used in the study was a scale-rating questionnaire. According to the results, (1) school administrators under Bueng Kan primary educational service area office mostly contain high academic leadership. (2) Also, students in Thailand of 4.0 era are mostly high quality and things didn’t turn out to be different from each other, comparing school conditions. However, the difference value of .05 was significantly found in the overall comparison. (3) Lastly, according to the analysis of the prediction power, 3 factors can indicate student qualities in Thailand of 4.0 era for about 79%. The equation was written in raw score standard scores as follows:
