Guidelines for Academic Administration of Educational Institutions using Dual Educational System in Bangkok Metropolis

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) Studying the current and proposed academic administration of educational institutions in Bangkok metropolis which is dual educational system 2) Studying guidelines for the academic administration of educational institutions in Bangkok metropolis which is the dual educational system. The samples conducted in this research are composed of the director, deputy director, teacher in this research, and teacher. The totals are 110 people. People who give information about academic administration in a dual educational system are 3 experts in policy and 2 experts in operation management. The research tools used in the study were a scale-rating questionnaire and interview. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean and standard division. The results of the research were as follow; 1) The overall current and proposed academic administration of educational institutions in Bangkok metropolis which is a dual educational system was at the medium and high level, respectively. 2) The guidelines for academic administration in a dual educational system are to create the dual educational curriculum as a specific curriculum, build up the dual educational classrooms, provide enough and appropriate instructional media, and follow the employment of students who graduated from the dual educational system.
