The Satisfaction of Users of The Bangkok Mass Transit Authority Zone 2

Abstract

           The objectives of this research were (1) to study the satisfaction of users of the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority zone 2; and (2) to study and compare the satisfaction of the users classified by personal factors using a quantitative research model. There is a query as a valuable tool. The confidence of the questionnaire was 0.91. The sample group used in this study was 400 people using the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority zone 2. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation analysis of variance. The results of the research were found as follows: 1) the satisfaction of the users of the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority The overall picture was at a high level When ( gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.51) considering each aspect, it was found that the cleanliness of employees’ manners of staff on the economy of users and the safety of users is at a high level, followed by the convenience of the users. The cleanliness of the bus and the cleanliness of the place is moderate; and (2) the results the comparison of personal factors showed that people with gender, age, highest education level, occupation, average monthly income and the family car possession status statistical significance at the level satisfaction of 0.05. average monthly income and the family car possession status statistical significance at the level satisfaction of 0.05.
