Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the conditions and problems of personnel development in the special economic terrace area in the eastern region 2) to study the factors that affect the personnel development in the special economic balcony area in the eastern region and 3) to study management factors Personnel development in the Eastern Economic Corridor area to support future target industries the population used in the study entrepreneurs or human resource managers Tourism industry groups, good income groups, and health tourism (Affluent, Medical, and Wellness Tourism) in the special economic terrace area in the eastern region, consisting of Rayong, Chachoengsao and Chonburi Province. By surveying and collecting data through questionnaires of 422 people by analyzing the Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Linear Regression). The results of the research showed that the overall condition of personnel development was at a medium level. Demand for personnel development as a whole is at a high level. The relationship between current human resource development and personnel development guidelines. In a relationship at the low level and in the same direction and the relationship between personnel development needs and the way of personnel development There is a relationship between the medium and the same direction (r = 0.517) with statistical significance at the level of .05
