Digital Era Leadership Affecting Using Information and Communication Technology in Management of School Administrators under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were (1) to study and compare the digital era leadership of school administrators classified by status and school-size; (2) to study and to compare the using information and communication technology in management of school administrators classified by status and school-size; and (3) to study the digital era leadership affecting using information and communication technology in management of school administrators under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group the proportion using the percentage criteria, and they were selected by Multi-stage Random Sampling was 400 school administrators and teachers. The instruments used in the study were a scale-rating questionnaire. The results were found as follows: (1) overall digital era leadership of school administrators was at a higher level. In comparison, overall digital era leadership of school administrators classified by status revealed the not different and school-size revealed the statistically significant different at the .01 level; (2) Overall using information and communication technology in management of school administrators was at the highest level. In comparison, overall educational quality using information and communication technology in the management of schools classified by status and school-size revealed the not different; and (3) The results of the effect were 3 aspects could produce changes in the communication technology in the management of schools in the percentage of 70. The results of this research will be of great benefit to the school under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, especially the school administrators and those involved in educational management that will use the research results to be used as a guideline for further school administration.
