Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to investigate the levels of negative influential factors from COVID-19 towards work life quality; 2) to examine the levels of happiness at work; and 3) to forecast the negative influential factors from COVID-19 onto work life quality and happiness at work. Using personal factors analysis, passenger service agents at Bangkok Flight Service Ltd. (BFS) were selected as the research samples. A set of questionnaires with 5-point Likert scale was used. Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression were calculated for statistical analysis. The findings showed there were negative influential factors from COVID-19 towards the work of the employees. The factors were first economic status, followed by social condition, internal condition and working environments respectively. It was found that there was a positive relationship with happiness at work. Moreover, with Multiple Regression analysis, the negative influential factors from COVID-19 resulted in happiness at work.
