บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยผลกระทบจาก COVID-19 ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงาน 2)เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสุขในการทำงาน 3)เพื่อพยากรณ์ปัจจัยผลกระทบทางลบจาก COVID-19 ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงาน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานฝ่ายการโดยสารบริษัทบางกอกไฟลท์เซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด (BFS) โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากพนักงานทั้งหมด 100% เป็นจำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 140 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยผลกระทบทางลบจาก COVID-19 ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงาน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านสภาพเศรษฐกิจของพนักงาน รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมส่วนบุคคลของพนักงาน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในที่ทำงาน และด้านสภาพสังคม ตามลำดับ จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้สถิติ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า การพยากรณ์ปัจจัยผลกระทบทางลบจาก COVID-19 ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงาน โดยกำหนดระดับความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
