Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1. to study about the level teacher’s participation in school administration, 2. to compare the different backgrounds of teacher’s participation in school administration, in Khuen Banglang Cluster under Yala Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population consisted of teachers of schools. The samples were 118 informants. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The reliability was 0.905. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent sample T-test and one – way ANOVA. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The levels of teacher’s participation in school administration in Khuen Banglang Cluster under Yala Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at high level in overall. 2) The comparison of the teachers’ participation in school administration in Khuen Banglang Cluster under Yala Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by gender, degree and work experience was no statistically significant different.
