Current Situations, Problems and Solutions to Learning Management Problems the Corona Virus Pandemic (COVID-19) of Schools under The Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1. to study and compare the current situations of learning management during the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus of schools under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by school status and location, 2. to study and compare the problems of learning management during the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus of schools under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by school status and location, and 3. to study the solution guidelines of learning management during the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus of schools under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. There were 386 samples selected by stratified random sampling. The instruments used were four questionnaires: (1) a questionnaire in the current situations (2) a questionnaire in the problems 3) a structured-interview form with the index of item congruence (4) problem solution guidelines for learning management during the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus of schools with the Index of Item Congruence. The statistics employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Samples), and one-way analysis of variance analysis.


The results were found that (1) the overall current situation of learning management during the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus of schools was at a high level. In comparison, the overall current situations and of learning management classified by school status and school location were statistically significantly different at the .01 level. (2) The overall problems of learning management during the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus of schools were at a high level. In comparison, the overall problems of learning management classified by school location statistically significantly different at the .01 level, whereas the overall problems of learning management classified by school status were not different. (3) The problem solution guidelines for learning management during the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus of schools revealed suitability at the high level and the possibility at the moderate level.
