The Development of Educational Quality to Enhance the Professional Skills of Students by Coaching and Mentoring Techniques in the School

Abstract

The objective of this study are as following: 1) Study on the activities to enhance the professional skills for students 2) Provide a guideline for the development of educational quality for local development by coaching and mentoring techniques to the school of professional learning. Mixed-Method Research includes small group discussion, practicing and questionnaires to the population of four teachers and 64 students from Pak Klong Song school in Prathumthani province Result of the study showed that 1) learning activities in the form of practical training can enhance professional skill and more than 80% can perform the job successfully. The satisfaction towards activities was at the highest level (4.65) 2) Management team, teacher and student should work together to develop the learning and teaching activities by using coaching and mentoring technique to apply with professional and technical skill learning.
