The Guideline of Transformational Leadership Development Administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current conditions and the desirable conditions of the guideline of transformational leadership development administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21; and 2) to propose the approaches of developing the guideline of transformational leadership development administrators. The research was separated into 2 phases as follows: Phase 1: to study the current conditions and the desirable conditions of the guideline of transformational leadership development administrators. The population was 2,130 teachers. The samples were 327 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale which separated for the current conditions and the desirable conditions of the guideline of transformational leadership with the reliability was .95; Phase 2: finding ways to develop the guideline of transformational leadership development administrators. By the semi-constructed interview. The experts were nine people by purposive sampling. The statistics for data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1) the current conditions overall were high level, and the desirable conditions overall were at the highest level; and 2) propose the approaches of developing the guideline of transformational leadership development under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 were 1) idealize influence, 2) inspiration motivation, 3) intellectual stimulation, and 4) individual consideration that assessment results of the approaches of developing. The guideline of transformational leadership development by the experts found that are available in every aspect.
