The Evolution of Modern Public Administration

Abstract
This article show the evolution of public administration. The author has extracted the contents of the articles of foreign scholars in public administration, Woodrow Wilson, Dwight Waldo, Frank Marini, and Thai scholar Pittaya Bowonwattana. It was Woodrow Wilson's first public administration course in 1887. Politics had to be separated from administration and after that, there was the Founding Conference of Public Administration of Dwight Waldo with Frank Marini as an editor at Minnowbrook, University of Syracuse, the USA in 1960. This article would be useful for public administration scientists to acknowledge and understanding of the history of public administration up to the modern era of public administration.
