Abstract

Under the situation of the pandemic 2019, it has affected the lives of people and entrepreneurs. Innovation is therefore an important tool for small and medium businesses to become entrepreneurs in the new era that will lead their businesses to survive under the pandemic 2019. In the business of small and medium business entrepreneurs in the present era, it can still be considered. Entrepreneurs have a very small percentage of entrepreneurs applying innovation to their business as compared to the total number of entrepreneurs. Therefore, it may result in the business being unable to survive when there is a crisis that the operator cannot control. Creating innovation in the organization is therefore an important foundation that will help deliver value to the target customers successfully. Business operators should formulate corporate strategies by defining development strategies for product innovation in terms of continuous design and development of new products.
