Development of Cloud Storage System for the Administration of the School in Sri Lanta Network under the Krabi Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to study synthetic components.  2) develop the cloud storage system. 3) to evaluate the efficiency of the cloud storage system. The target group involved 86 respondents, including school administrators, heads of school administration, and teachers responsible for information work of schools in Sri Lanta Network, by convenience sampling by a specific method. Data were collected by the questionnaire for experts on components of the cloud storage system, an evaluation form for experts on the development of the cloud storage, and an evaluation form on the efficiency of the cloud storage system. The data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows. 1) The components of the cloud storage system consisted of a storage system database for four administration divisions the general administration department budget management personnel management department and academic administration department which was stored on Google cloud. Besides, the database system was managed by the google drive file system program and could be accessible at any time through computers and over the Internet. The overall result of the study was at a high level. 2) The overall opinions about the development of the cloud storage system of the experts were at the highest level. 3) The overall evaluation of the efficiency of the cloud storage system by the administrators, teachers, and educational personnel who participated in the training on the use of the cloud storage system was at the highest level.
