Synthesis of Research on Model Development for Educational Innovative Organization of Schools, The Office of the Basic Education Commission

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the components of educational innovative organization of schools, the Offices of the Basic Education Commission; 2) the factors to promote the educational innovative organization of schools, the Offices of the Basic Education Commission; and 3) the creation and evaluation of the educational innovative organization of schools, the Office of the Basic Education Commission model. The research employed qualitative research and quantitative research published in the databases of Thai thesis and research papers during the years 2008-2020. Data analysis employed content analysis by categorizing contents, linking them, finding their relationship, interpreting, and creating conclusions. Research data were presented using a descriptive writing style. The results showed that 1) the components of an educational innovative organization have 9 aspects, 2) the factors promoting the educational innovative organization have 3 aspects, and 3) the educational innovative organization of schools, the Office of the Basic Education Commission model, have 3 core components: The components of the educational innovative organization of schools have 9 aspects: strategic management, digital management, organizational structure suite to innovation, creative organizational culture, knowledge management/ search for new knowledge, innovators’ development, and human resource management. Management processes had 4 steps: planning, doing, checking, and acting and the factors to promote the educational innovative organization of schools have 3 aspects: teachers and schools administrators’ potential, digital leadership, and internal communication in an organization.
