Entrepreneurial Traits of Student Case study in Faculty of Management Science Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University

Abstract
The goals of this study were to (1) investigate students' entrepreneurial characteristics, (2) compare the five aspects of entrepreneurship characteristics with personal factors, and (3) to present the opinions on factors influencing the trend of student entrepreneurship. The population consisted of 221 bachelor's degree students in the Bachelor of Business Administration program at the Faculty of Management Science participated in the study by using a mixed-method. For the qualitative method, the researcher used a semi-structured interview form, and the quantitative method, the researcher used a questionnaire about entrepreneurial characteristics, and opinions on factors influencing entrepreneurship trends. The results showed that most of students were entrepreneurial in visionary leadership, followed by positions of control and innovation initiatives, respectively. When entrepreneurial characteristics were compared to personal factors, it was discovered that all personal factors had comparable averages of entrepreneurial characteristics. In terms of factors influencing entrepreneurship trends, it was discovered that students' opinions on all factors were at a high level of satisfaction in terms of social acceptance of independent occupations to be more accepted. As a result, students with the highest average desire to be entrepreneurs, followed by the perception of opportunity, advancement, and success of entrepreneurs, make students want to be entrepreneurs more. The results of semi-structured interview showed that the students agreed with the promotion of entrepreneurship through teaching and learning activities, training, study trips, professional experience training. While the curriculum and faculties have evolved the curriculum to be in line with the promotion of entrepreneurial attributes.
