Abstract

The objective of this article was to develop a Master Plan on Social and Environmental Responsibility and develop a Manual on Social and Environmental Responsibility. The research and development process consists of Step 1: Visit the area to survey the information on the operational processes of the Office of the Government Pawnshop. Step 2: Study the information and review the relevant literature. Analysis of various situations in social and environmental responsibility operations and related policies of the Office of the Government Pawnshop. Step 3: Conduct a public hearing from stakeholders. Step 4: Draft a Master Plan on Social and Environmental Responsibility of the Office of The Government Pawnshop. Step 5: Develop a Manual on Social and Environmental Responsibility of the Office of The Government Pawnshop. The results of the study led to 1) the development of the Master Plan on Social and Environmental Responsibility of the Office of the Government Pawnshop. and 2) Development of a Manual on Social and Environmental Responsibility of the Office of The Government Pawnshop with the main content covering; Linking social and environmental responsibility to action, social and environmental responsibility policy and summarize the roles of social and environmental responsibility in the working process of the Office of The Government Pawnshop.
