บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศด้วยบูทแสตรป ฟอนท์เอ็น เฟรมเวิร์ค 2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพ และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศด้วยบูทแสตรป ฟอนท์เอ็น เฟรมเวิร์ค ในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลข้าวพันธุ์พื้นเมืองในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ใช้งานระบบ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ 400 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยี 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพและแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลข้าวพันธุ์พื้นเมืองในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ด้วยบูทแสตรป ฟอนท์เอ็น เฟรมเวิร์ค ทำให้ระบบสามารถตอบสนองได้รวดเร็ว และรองรับการทำงานบนอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ได้ทุกประเภท การใช้งาน ประกอบด้วย ผู้ดูแลระบบ สมาชิก และผู้ใช้งาน 2) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศในภาพรวมมีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.56, SD = 0.44) และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อการออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบ พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บระบบสารสนเทศอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
