Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the conditions and approaches 2) To create a model 3) to assess the efficiency 4) to test the 21st-century international music learning management model of secondary schools. Under Bangkok the research was conducted in 4 steps as follows: (1) To study conditions and guidelines data were collected from 86 directors and teachers. Interviews were conducted with 5 music teaching specialists, 2 directors, and 2 teachers, totaling 9 teachers. (2) The model was developed and appropriately checked by experts. Use in-depth interviews with directors, music experts, and 5 university professors. (3) Evaluate the model in terms of assessing the feasibility and usefulness. by the director and 30 art (music) teachers. (4) The model was used for experimentation. And evaluation of the planned use by administrators, and teachers in schools where the model was used. The tools used were questionnaires, interview forms, and assessment forms. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. The statistic used is a percentage. Mean and standard deviation the results showed that the learning management model has 2 components: (1) Management has 7 aspects, namely curriculum, management, and management. teaching activities, teachers, learners, media and equipment, and measurement and assessment (2) Four-stage management processes, namely planning, organization, leadership, and organizational control. Performance drives operations. The results of the suitability and feasibility assessment revealed that the suitability and the feasibility were at a high level.
