Relationships Between Proactive Professionalism Supply Management and Procurement Effectiveness of Higher Education Institutions in Thailand

Abstract
The proactive professionalism of supply management the process of procuring supplies starts with planning in advance. and work development thinking. by arranging good work sections and appropriately using knowledge in the management of supply in educational institutions. The objective of this research was to study the relationship between proactive professionalism, supply management, and procurement effectiveness at higher education institutions in Thailand. Questionnaires were used as a tool to collect data and were responded to by supply management in higher education institutions in Thailand. The statistical techniques used for data analysis were multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that proactive professionalism and supply management were achieved by objective processes, procurement materials, and ethics. There is a relationship and an impact on procurement efficiency. But participation, job enrichment, and control materials There is no relationship or impact on procurement effectiveness. The results of this research indicate that higher education institutions in Thailand should focus on the management of supply that effectively supports programs and projects and is a factor for success in achieving the goals of the organization, so that personnel in the organization can take it as a guideline in development and improve operational efficiency. It also causes the highest efficiency in the work of the organization and creates success for the organization in changing conditions in the future as well.
