ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานพัสดุแบบมืออาชีพเชิงรุกกับประสิทธิผลการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานพัสดุแบบมืออาชีพเชิงรุกกับประสิทธิผลการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในประเทศไทย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารงานพัสดุ จำนวน 71 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารงานพัสดุแบบมืออาชีพเชิงรุก ด้านการบริหารงานโดยใช้วัตถุประสงค์ ด้านกระบวนการจัดหาพัสดุที่สมบูรณ์ครบวงจร และด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมในการบริหาร มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง แต่ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของคน
ในองค์กร ด้านการเพิ่มคุณค่าแก่งานบุคลากรและด้านการควบคุมพัสดุ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลการจัดซื้อ
จัดจ้าง ผลลัพธ์จากการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่า สถาบันอุดมศึกษาในประเทศไทย ควรให้ความสำคัญกับการบริหารงานพัสดุที่มีประสิทธิผลช่วยสนับสนุนแผนงานและโครงการต่าง ๆ และเป็นปัจจัยสู่ความสำเร็จของการบรรลุเป้าหมายขององค์กร เพื่อให้บุคลากรในองค์กรสามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งยังทำให้เกิดประสิทธิผลสูงสุดในการทำงานขององค์กร และสร้างความสำเร็จให้กับองค์กรในสภาวการณ์ที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคตอีกด้วย
