Local Administrator Leadership Affecting Development Planning of Municipality in Saraburi Province

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) To study the level of leadership, 2) To study the leadership of administrators affecting the preparation of the municipal development plan in Saraburi Province, and 3) To propose guidelines for the development of the municipality's development plan in Saraburi Province. Saraburi Province is mixed research. The target group was 400 people aged 18 years and over residing in the municipality in Saraburi Province. The research instruments were questionnaires and in-depth interviews of 15 people. The statistical analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, and deviation. standard Multiple Regression and correlation analysis the results of the study found that 1) Leadership affects the preparation of municipal development plans. in Saraburi Province, the overall picture is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in 4 aspects and at a moderate level in 2 aspects, namely the aspect of having a symbol. Vision sincere honesty the aspect of having prestige self-development and encouraging the use of intelligence 2) Leadership that affects the preparation of municipal development plans In Saraburi Province, it was found that the vision the aspect of having prestige this affects the preparation of municipal development plans in Saraburi Province. Statistically significant at a .05 level. 3) Leaders should have a good vision. Are committed to continuous self-improvement Honesty, be patient, able to show potential and create prestige dare to decide to act with confidence.
