บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน (4) หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ของภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครู รวมจำนวน 346 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน มีความ สัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ .72 (4) ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 ได้ประมาณร้อยละ 54 และสามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ มี 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดบรรยากาศที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูของบุคลากร ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตรและการสอน ด้านการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา และด้านการเป็นผู้นำที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ผลการวิจัยสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการ ได้ดังนี้
