บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นข้าราชการครู ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 313 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหา ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2)ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 คือ ด้านการออกแบบและปลูกฝังวัฒนธรรมขององค์กร ด้านการสื่อสารเพื่อนำแผนกลยุทธ์สู่การปฏิบัติ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงปฏิวัติโดยมีสมการพยากรณ์ ดังนี้
