Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of executive leadership, 2) compare the level of executive leadership, and 3) the application of technology to desirable administrators among the people in Tha It Sub-district. Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province It's mixed research. Quantitative and qualitative, the samples were 390 employees of the Sub-District Administrative Organization and six interviews with local administrators. The leadership is focused on achievement in the first place. The human relations aspect was ranked last. 2) Comparison of overall executive leadership There were no differences at the statistical significance level of 0.05, and 3) the application of technology among executives, but most leaders lack expertise. And because of a lack of application that is consistent with roles and responsibilities, problems of budget allocation in the procurement of various technologies are still minimal. The application of technology in the administration of both science and art is required. With a broad vision and openness to accepting technology used in management, personnel within the organization must cooperate and coordinate in the work to develop the organization. can be audited, tracked, and evaluated to manage data systems to develop the efficient work of the Sub-District Administrative Organization that is desirable to the people in the future.
