การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ที่พึงประสงค์ของประชาชนในตำบลท่าอิฐ อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร 3) การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารที่พึงประสงค์ของประชาชนในตำบลท่าอิฐ อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสม เชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงาน ลูกจ้างองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จำนวน 390 คน และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น จำนวน 6 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่าอิฐอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก โดยภาวะผู้นำด้านเน้นสัมฤทธิ์ผลอยู่ในอันดับแรก ด้านมนุษย์สัมพันธ์อยู่ในอันดับสุดท้าย 2) การเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกันอยู่ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 และ 3) การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหาร พบว่า เทคโนโลยีที่เข้ามาเป็นเครื่องมือให้กับผู้บริหารมีความหลากหลาย และผู้นำส่วนใหญ่ยังขาดความชำนาญ และขาดการประยุกต์ใช้ที่สอดคล้องกับบทบาทหน้าที่ ปัญหาการจัดสรรงบประมาณในการจัดหาเทคโนโลยีต่าง ๆ ยังคงมีน้อย ซึ่งการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหารงานนั้น จำเป็นต้องมีทั้งศาสตร์และศิลป์ มีวิสัยทัศน์ที่กว้างไกล และเปิดกว้างในการยอมรับเอาเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการบริหารงาน รวมทั้งบุคลากรภายในองค์การต้องร่วมมือประสานงานในการทำงานเพื่อพัฒนาองค์การ ตรวจสอบได้และติดตามและประเมินผลได้ จัดการข้อมูลได้อย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนางานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลที่พึงประสงค์ของประชาชนต่อไป
