Abstract

The academic article aimed to present the quality cycle of aircraft maintenance management in the next era, which consists of 1) aircraft maintenance planning, 2) implementation of aircraft maintenance plans, 3) inspection of the implementation of aircraft maintenance plans, and 4) aircraft maintenance improvement operations. It focuses on an integrated approach based on the Quality Cycle Management Concept (PDCA) that seeks to integrate analytical thinking and understanding of an organization's existing and emerging quality management principles. It is applied to explain the steps, processes, and principles of tracking, improving, and developing to solve problems quickly together with joint development in a system suitable for the context. It was connecting the direction of driving organizational management to achieve success and efficiency continuously. These findings will provide valuable guidelines for personnel and organizations for implementing the quality cycle to encourage acceptance. It prepares to deal with challenging changes in the future, especially extreme fluctuations in ecosystems. An outbreak of infectious disease, including the economy and working society on a global scale, is difficult to restore within such a short time.
