Guideline to Create a Trust for the Meeting Venue Clients Towards Meeting Venues in Bangkok and Surrounding Areas After COVID-19

Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) the service quality of the meeting venue clients towards meeting venues in Bangkok and surrounding areas; 2) the level of customer confidence towards the meeting venue clients towards meeting venues in Bangkok and surrounding areas; 3) the service quality of the meeting venue clients towards meeting venues in Bangkok and surrounding areas, that affects the confidence of the service recipients; and 4) guidelines for building the confidence of meeting venue clients towards meeting venues in Bangkok and surrounding areas for meeting business service recipients. The instrument for collecting data was the questionnaire. The sample group was 385 people. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Most of the sample were female, 31-40 years old, single, with an education of a bachelor’s degree, an occupation of employee or company employee, a monthly income of 15,001-25,000 baht, working experience of 10 years or more, and calling for service three times per month. The research results were found as follows: the overall service quality of the venue is at a high level, and the service recipients have confidence in the venue. The overall organization of the event is at a high level, service recipients have the most confidence in providing facilities. The results of the analysis tested the hypothesis that the service recipients had the most confidence in the service of facilities, followed by the correctness of the problem analysis. And the service recipients had the least confidence in the attentiveness of the service provided. The suggestions are building confidence in the venue of the event, using more modern technology, and using health-conscious products and hygiene care. The location of the event meets the standards. The cleanliness, with which employees provide services must focus on hygiene, and quickly fixing problems that may arise.
